As the owner of a young dog and living 5 mine walk from a firework shop, I get this... But... (And maybe this is a London/UK thing) plenty of cultures use fireworks for the cultural and religious celebrations. Heck the UK do in November and no one understands that. Is it just arsehole kids?

Animals can (and we have) be desensitised to noises by playing them on YouTube at increasing volumes, with pets and treats given when the pet understands they're just normal city life and calmly ingenious l ignores them. Should fireworks still be organised events only though? Probably...

Here in AZ I think some members of the legislature are in the fireworks business! People set off large, illegal fireworks in neighborhoods at all hours, and there is no enforcement. Meanwhile it's 115 degrees with 5% humidity. What could go wrong? 🤷🏼‍♀️

All of them.
Every one.
But especially this one because people will empathize and relate to your frustration rather than list out all the reasons you’re being wrong, judgemental, unpatriotic, ridiculous, etc.

Concord, CA, where I live, has an app for the city that includes a way to report fireworks. I used it the past two years quite a bit. This year only once so far. At 2:30 this AM.

All of them! The fireworks started early and went off till late. I think it was more insane this year, then it was in previous years.
