Spoutible users' private data will never be shared with 3rd parties. Spouts are public, and anyone can have access to that data. Our search would be based on spout data; not personal data.

Regarding this machine learning / AI feature, are you talking about using some 3rd party AI like chatGPT? If yes, what would be Spoutible's policy vis-à-vis protecting it's user base from having their data harvested aggressively?

With all due respect sir, Spoutible's Terms of Use say otherwise.

"you grant us the right and license to use, modify, display and distribute such Content by and through the Spoutible Platform and make it available to others, who may also use such Content subject to these Terms and Conditions."

With all due respect, where respect = 0, you joined Spoutible to make a false claim about Spoutible to the owner. Congrats, you’ve distracted him for 30 seconds. The trolls at parler will be so proud.

I didn't make a false claim. I read the Terms of Use and it isn't in there. It's a separate policy. I was mistaken. I already replied to Chris and thanked him for the clarification. I'm not sure why I keep getting yelled at and attacked.

In that case, I apologize to you for piling on.

To answer your feelings on the pile-on there's a chance your approach came across as condescending, confrontational, and with a tinge of rhetoric hinting at a bad-faith challenge to what he said. Reasonable question about terms, sure. Sus *assertion* IMHO. Pleased to have you here in any event!
