Spoutible users' private data will never be shared with 3rd parties. Spouts are public, and anyone can have access to that data. Our search would be based on spout data; not personal data.
Thunderschnozzle @Thunderschnozzle
Regarding this machine learning / AI feature, are you talking about using some 3rd party AI like chatGPT? If yes, what would be Spoutible's policy vis-à-vis protecting it's user base from having their data harvested aggressively?

With all due respect sir, Spoutible's Terms of Use say otherwise.

"you grant us the right and license to use, modify, display and distribute such Content by and through the Spoutible Platform and make it available to others, who may also use such Content subject to these Terms and Conditions."

"Content" what does it mean? You might want to look it up.

With all due respect, where respect = 0, you joined Spoutible to make a false claim about Spoutible to the owner. Congrats, you’ve distracted him for 30 seconds. The trolls at parler will be so proud.

I didn't make a false claim. I read the Terms of Use and it isn't in there. It's a separate policy. I was mistaken. I already replied to Chris and thanked him for the clarification. I'm not sure why I keep getting yelled at and attacked.

You seem hyper concerned about protecting your content, but you have posted no original content. Your timeline has exactly eight unoriginal posts you did not write. Seurat could even claim copyright on your profile pic.😆

Just joined this thing a couple of days ago and the vitriolic response to my innocent question about data security is not making me want to post original content.

Dude you're complaining about the stuff you post for everybody to see on spoutable. That's not personal data, that's stuff you post for everybody to see. If you don't want people to see your post then don't post it

This seems to apply to user content, ie. spout posts, which @cbouzy says is public data. Not private user data.

There's nothing in the Terms of Use that states they won't sell data or content, and no way to opt out of data being sold. The TOU specifically states that any content users post is owned by Spoutible.
