Spoutible users' private data will never be shared with 3rd parties. Spouts are public, and anyone can have access to that data. Our search would be based on spout data; not personal data.

Regarding this machine learning / AI feature, are you talking about using some 3rd party AI like chatGPT? If yes, what would be Spoutible's policy vis-à-vis protecting it's user base from having their data harvested aggressively?

With all due respect sir, Spoutible's Terms of Use say otherwise.

"you grant us the right and license to use, modify, display and distribute such Content by and through the Spoutible Platform and make it available to others, who may also use such Content subject to these Terms and Conditions."

Dude you're complaining about the stuff you post for everybody to see on spoutable. That's not personal data, that's stuff you post for everybody to see. If you don't want people to see your post then don't post it
