It doesn't take a lot to get a 15% tip from me.

Just give me decent
o taste
o presentation
o service
o value
o cleanliness

BUT, if your payment machine has a minimum suggested tip of more than 15%, then I am always going to select "other" and manually enter a tip of zero.

That would be fine if the employer was forced to pay the server. They don't. They never have.

And the standard tip for okay service is 20%. That's a starting point. For great service, I tip 30 because been there.

I am all for #NoTipping AND a living minimum wage. That's about $23/hour ish.
