Just give me decent
o taste
o presentation
o service
o value
o cleanliness

BUT, if your payment machine has a minimum suggested tip of more than 15%, then I am always going to select "other" and manually enter a tip of zero.

Manually entering zero vs choosing to tip less than the suggested % is just vindictive bs. If it was a mandatory tip you might get more traction, but as many have pointed out, you’re penalizing actual people for a managerial or tech issue. Recommended means you get to choose. Zero is just poor form.
