When consulting on this card we were asked for ideas of things to put on the back. Everyone is different, so we'd like a list of ideas that people can draw from to create a list that works for them. So far we have:
- Quiet time alone to process the change/new information

- Time to ask questions.
- Clear information on who to ask questions of.
- Having information as far in advance as possible.
- Being told about uncertainty – e.g that x might change to y or z.

- Clear information on what (if anything) is expected of me.
