Sometimes this perplexes me, and to be honest, has kept me up at night…
What happened to these MAGA types that even when the lie is right in front of them, they refuse to acknowledge it and choose to believe whatever they want to believe that fits their narrative?

Why is it so hard for people to say, "I was wrong."?

I think part of the reason are normal levels of embarrassment, hubris, obstinacy. But I think because MAGA became partly or wholly who they were, that admitting they were wrong is more like admitting failure as a person.

There it is
Folks just can’t be wrong…
And they will go down with the ship knowing they are wrong of thinking they are in the right.

Bruh ..if the COVID19 pandemic taught me anything, is that the same people were willing to go to their actual deathbed before admitting they were wrong, to own the libs.

For those that died, their survivors are now continuing the lie and/or changing the narrative.

People LITERALLY would rather die than admit they are wrong
How many on their COVID deathbeds admitted they were wrong?
And some that went down with the ship
