My grandma's friends keep getting COVID-19, and each infection could have been avoided with better masks/clean air:

• One was infected in a car on their way to church
• One was infected at a bank and then hospitalized with a blood clot
• One was infected at a play and then passed away

This 100%. I am still masking in all public places except in the very occasional restaurant.

Were they vaccinated with the updated booster?

I am in my 70s and almost no one where I live wears a mask now. I order in and limit outings to only a very few. Still, it only takes one time...

It's essential to still wear an effective mask in shared enclosed spaces if you wish to do your best to avoid (re) infection by SARS-COV-2.

It's well worth avoiding (re) infection because of the many short and long term health harms that can result, let alone your risk of infecting others.

We’ve let down our order adults and marginalized communities. Masking and cleaning our air would make indoor spaces safer for everyone!
