What are the problems with the English language?

It has plenty, as all languages do.

Which ones stick out to you, or drive you crazy?

Do you mean besides the new way of saying things? Like "on accident" instead of "by accident" or people just pronouncing things incorrectly like "supposebly".

All of that counts.
I'm asking more about inherent issues with the language.

But the abuse of the language by it's speakers is also fair game.

The biggest issue with the language itself, I would say, is most prevalent when reading it as opposed to speaking it. So many words spelled the same but, when reading, are pronounced differently. Or all the words that soilund the same, but have differently meanings. Ex: There, their, they're etc.
