I know a fair amount of trans women whose only source of income is their Only Fans or other sex-related content. Trans folks turn to sex work because of societal discrimination not necessarily because they want to. Blocking all adult content is a death blow to a trans community on Spoutible.

Honestly, with the current guidelines, I'm not sure if a woman posts a bikini photo of herself is even allowed since "sexually suggestive" is subjective and not clear.

They are. The community guidelines ban "sexually suggestive content" so mentioning an OF is a grey area. Linking to sexual content is explicitly banned.
