Sure, but that ended when the violence caused by it began.

1A doesn’t protect you when your words incite imminent lawless action.

Once again, Republicans don’t understand how the Constitution they claim to defend works.

And had Trump stopped at just the lies, we would not be here. It was the fact he conspired to overturn an election based on those lies.

And FYI, REPUBLICANS: If you think you can gain and keep power just through lies, you should rethink your political platform.
