Just to be clear: I’m pretty sure that posting links to romance novels that contain sex scenes violates this policy.

How so? His TOS is specific enough. Don't post porn, or links to porn or specific porn language. There are romance authors on this site promoting their books, which may or may not contain sexually explicit language. They're not banned. If you don't like the TOS, leave the site.

If you’re going to argue that it’s specific enough, please use the actual language that’s in the policy. What the hell does “sexually suggestive” mean?

And yes, that’s the point—figuring out what the hell the policy means so I can leave if necessary.

Saying you write erotic novels is not sexually suggestive. Screenshot ING portions of the novel as an explicit example would be. Sex workers talking generally about their problems are also not sexually suggestive. Linking to their site is prohibited.

So let’s imagine that someone screenshots an explicit description of a sex act.

In your view, is this always prohibited?

If ur talking about court transcribed testimony. Just post a link, if it's newsworthy. If it's done just for erotic purposes, then shame on the poster.

I’m not sure I understand you answer.

Is it your position that you prefer that we can only post links to a 500 page deposition, and not screenshots of the two pages at issue, in the case of a testimony under perjury saying that the President of the United States committed sexual assault?

Again. I didn't say that. Posting screenshot IMHO is fine. Probably with a link to the full depo if someone wants to read it.. My Q. Do you honestly believe that would be a violation of the TOS?

I wasn’t sure what you meant, which is why I asked for clarification. I’m glad you think it’s okay.

The TOS clearly says that sexually explicit language cannot be posted, so yes, I honestly believe that’s a violation of the TOS.

I can't see how it would be. Her testimony is fact based, not done to arouse a sexual response in the jury or anyone else. Now some in his cult may say oh, I wish he had done that to me, but that's another discussion. So let's see what @cbouzy says if he responds.

You’re using different language than that in the terms of service. I would prefer language like what you are using in the terms of service, as compared to the language I used, which comes from the terms of service.

If @cbouzy responds favorably will that satisfy you. Although we may agree, we aren't the final word

I asked for clear terms of service. The correct response is to clarify the terms of service. A response to a spout is not a modification of the terms of service.

You may get it, you may not. It's up to @cbouzy and his team. Tell you what. Send me me the screen shots. I'll post it. I'm 78. If he kicks me off my life doesn't end.
