Holy fucking shit y'all! The oath for anybody in the medical field (including Security) is first to do no harm. This pissed me the fuck off that these vulnerable people were just dumped by garbage by the Hospitals. I do hope this gets sent to the feds so they can take care of it.

Humans have changed a lot over time and between societies (though its relative of course). But in some respects the broad shape of most societies, at least in the West/Eurasia, seems not to have changed much since agriculture-monarchy, organized religion, patriarchy, concentrated wealth, etc.

It is possible that technological developments in this and the last century will bring on a comparable change, for better or for worse. But it is difficult to perceive a revolution on the scale of centuries or millennia when one is in the middle of it.
