This was the official response to someone qualified pointing out that the Terms of Service lack clarity in ways that could potentially affect a lot of writers and artists, and offering to help make them clear. This is ridiculous.

No, but @courtneymilan is more than welcome to start a social media platform and write the terms of service and policies however she likes. But the policy isn't changing, nor is it being rewritten. Spoutible will not please everyone, but thankfully there are other options for those who aren't happy.

Reread the post. They're not seeking clarity. They're seeking an amendment to the TOS that's favorable to their desire to post adult content. To get clarity, there is a mechanism to do that. Click help. Click that the article about nudity was not helpful. There you can email the company.
