Gez Medinger channel full of good quality info. Good interviewer /experts. Useful updates as time passed.
His series on metabolism and MCAS most helpful to me. Others may work better for you.

If you're new to LC it might be early for you to try. But will mention I'm using a surprising protocol and actually feeling a bit better. Took me 8 mos. observing others' experiences. Does help many people. Devised by a German ER doctor. Interview here:

Also, he and a medical researcher who's been on a couple tv interviews wrote a book I recommend: The Long Covid Handbook. Try Amazon.

Gez is an engineer. The sentences too long and complicated. Go slowly and mentally break them up. Good background!
