In 2019 my then middle school aged son got curious about Formula 1, so we went to Montreal and checked out a race… and, surprisingly, we were hooked. In a week they’ll be testing this season’s cars (which will be televised) and I’ll be glued to it, because… the engineering alone is fascinating. #F1

We also go to Montreal every year (Grandstand 1 across from the paddock). The zero side pods on the Mercedes intrigue me - particularly the rounded shape at the top which seems to funnel air to the diffuser.
It’s been too long since November and can’t wait to get this season going!

It’s that time of year where we really don’t know who’s made a jump. I imagine Mercedes is improved and we have a 3 team race. I expect Ferrari to be very quick. Red Bull isn’t going anywhere, so here we go.

I think Aston Martin is going to be quietly good as well.

Certainly possible. It looks improved, but Lance is hard to root for, and he can make some terrible decisions sometimes. Fernando… I love him, but at some point he’ll piss somebody off, because… he always does that. A lot of interesting things going on at several teams.
