In one hand I think something positive about Twitter was that sex workers could advertise their OF and people could decide if they wanted to watch nsfw material or not. But I also understand that it is difficult for a new platform to moderate this type of material (1)

Huge difference between sex positive or someone acknowledging their work in the sex industry versus opening a Spout regarding politics, nature, or anything else to find a reply with a full frontal nude or similar.

Not advocating for people to send unwanted material ofc. I acknowledge the difficulty to moderate this content. But in the long run there can be a practical solution. Just an idea: nsfw profile's spouts are hidden and you can decide if you want to watch what they publish of not.
