Okay. This is a good-faith thread where I would like to post some examples of content that I believe serves as exceptions to the adult content policies as "medical, health, educational or artistic content." If anything doesn't qualify as an exception, I would like it explained why. 1/

I'm doing this because I am autistic & I need concrete information to know that my understanding of the language in the TOS is the same as everyone else's. I've already had many allistic people seem to deliberately misunderstand me as advocating for porn on here. I don't enjoy porn. So with that 2/

I am a #midjourney #artist who created some affirming #GenderQueer images that could be interpreted as sexual but are not intended as such. I'm #NonBinary , specifically #genderfae , and I use art to explore gender identity. Here's some of it. More to follow.

These are two older #midjourney images from an earlier model that was more "vibey" and less realistic. These were prompted as nonbinary and androgynous, but they show vague bare chest. Is this artistic enough? Prompts included in alt text. 4/

I prompted some #midjourney art to personify "gender euphoria" & some of the images I liked turned out to be suggestive with lesbian overtones. No nudity. But would these be considered "too sexual" or are they acceptably artistic, especially considering the nonsexual intent of the prompts 5/
