Thank You! I have this behemoth that was sent to me from my hubs’ co worker. This is the third time I have been offered materials for kitchen magic. 🤔

Oh yea! Maybe a Chana massala and add the zucchini with basmati! I even grew apple mint this year for adding during plating. You are filled with good ideas! Thank you again

I discovered the plant about 15 years ago and repropagate it every season. I can’t live without it now when I smoke a Greek style pork roast
