Just follow spouts/people who seem interesting. So far most follow back and that's how a community gets formed. Sooner the better.

not sure. The #makingWaves hashtag doesn't seem to prioritize what's trending. But, they've done so much in 2 days it's pretty amazing. I'm sure it will come :)

Yes I noticed that too..hashtags ar making waves with a single post. 😂 It will get worked out tho. Amazing how quickly they got the performance issue resolved.
