1) I have been witnessing the circle jerks going on in various adult content "debates" and I gotta say, I am not impressed.

This app is already looking like the several other "brand new social media!" clones of other social medias that ultimately failed. I feel like I am already sniffing

I'm hurt regarding how things were handled. I don't appreciate being lumped in with folks that may have been trying to hurt the site. I had legitimate concerns regarding equity and safe spaces. Consent and body autonomy is important to me. So is acting like a rational adult.

In regards to polls and asking folks up front what they wanted out of this site, I'm curious how folks were picked to contribute. If efforts weren't made to get opinions of folks from all walks of life, this space will never be all inclusive of rational folks.

This is also not a condemnation to the platform and I am not a part of some "cabal" trying to make it fail. I've just been online for a long, long time. I've seen this play before.

Bonus: Sheeit, and I forgot adult-themed musicians too. I listen to tons of bands that would make Martha clutch the everloving hell out of her pearls and cause people to believe the Satanic Panic was real.

6) an art piece as much as someone's gorgeous paint pour is. Mine just happens to be silicone instead, 100% body safe silicone that doesn't mean anyone is putting it in their body.

Anyways. Just sick of all the nuances of what content for adults really means being ignored by a bunch of people

5) adult-themed items can make tasteful posts. My *entire twitter presence* is adult oriented and I almost never see literal porn on my feed. "Not for kids" means a whole lot more than "porn." When I post a pretty dildo I made, sure its a phallus, but its not going into any human body. Its

4) products, and businesses to safely exist and even Tumblr is starting to softly let us back in (though with shadow/search bans, as Twitter is now doing).

Dildo makers can make tasteful posts. Adult artists can make tasteful posts. Erotica writers can make tasteful posts. Collectors of

3) There is so much more to consuming adult oriented content than "pee pee hole ewww" and that is basically what most of what I am reading is translating to.

Honestly not very impressed. Definitely a bit disgusted. Twitter has been about the only place for those with adult themed art, sculptures,

2) the narcissism in the air.

The thing is adult content is a much larger range than some body parts and porn. There are entire adult artists, adult oriented products, adult oriented games, that incorporate 0 porn. There are fans of adult toys who literally collect them as art pieces.
