Shitass FedEx showed their true color when they expected this young man to go back to work on that same murderous route after this racist incident. I hope he gets justice and serious compensation. This is beyond wrong.

They didn't expect him to go back out on that route. In fact... looks like they offered him a desk job. 6 months later... yea, i don't see the problem with asking the man to come back to work. https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2023/08/22/us/mississippi-fedex-driver-shooting-fired/index.html

I read 2 different sources that explained he was ordered to go back out on that route. This kid was almost killed doing his delivery. Who knows what kind of incendiary, racist environment he faces in that Mississippi FedEx. We don't know what his daily life is like there & the mental trauma he has.

Hes been out of work since the shooting on workers comp. He has no "daily life" at work to even discuss. FedEx offered him a desk job, he refused, was most likely told to go back to work by workers comp (that's how it works) and he refused the desk job...

I'm not buying that. The other sources I read said otherwise. Did you even read the MFP article? Mental trauma is mental trauma. He wanted to work from home. Who knows what kind of toxic work environment is at that office. I'm done replying to you. Any other spouts and I'm blocking you. Move on.
