been trying to take a tolerance break but my anxiety is getting really bad during the first 24 hours. any suggestions to help get over the 3 day hump?

Hi, chef. Sending you some cool slow deep breaths + wishes for gentle calm. Sometimes letting cool water run 2 minutes over my hands, from wrist down to off fingers, is helpful for me. Then I let it air dry and try to just lean into feeling the evaporation (the coolness, then the slightest tickle.
