Part of the reason President Biden has been successful is that he surrounds himself with experienced, quality people.

I think we would all do well to stop and take a moment to consider this.

We talk a lot about experience when considering presidential candidates. But no amount of experience can really prepare one for that job. And no one person can possibly oversee all of the President's duties.

One of the most important qualities for a President, then (arguably the most important, after being legally qualified, and respecting election results and the peaceful transfer of power), is their ability to find competent advisors, to weigh that advice well, and to delegate effectively.

Absolutely. The wisdom that not one person can achieve what is at stake.

An active arts community and good schools are commonalities among vibrant communities.

I remember a certain twice-impeached/4-times indicted former President who CLAIMED he'd "hire the best people"! Supporters actually argued that point on his behalf!! But those of us who knew his character knew it would never happen. All we got were crooks.

Grateful for Biden's character & wisdom.

And even competent people he appointed, they got fired (Chris Krebs - Director of Cybersecurity, for example) or were hindered in properly doing their job.

That and he values their expertise. It is called leadership! A glaring absence in the other party.

Exactly. He embodies the mantra that in order to be a consequential leader, you must ensure that when engaging topics of importance, you're never the cleverest or most knowledgeable person in the room.

To be fair, most presidents do. Except Trump who chose the worst of the worst.
