So, about two years ago my partner and I had my mother-in-law move in, as her physical and mental health were declining in a manner that constant care was a necessity.

ngl - sometimes I feel like I'm losing my patience and my mind. Any other care-givers out there have any suggestions?

My sympathy. Can you afford occasional relief help?

Unfortunately, here in Italy it's really expensive and those extra funds aren't available at this time.

However, once we can afford one, that's a great suggestion, thanks :-)

I expect to be in your shoes soon. I find this woman's instagram feed and videos helpful. Maybe you can find a few tips. Good luck, it can't be easy.
