The lack of actual effectiveness of the royals who show up to charities empty handed just to smile and take pictures. Particularly the Cambridges. And if there is actually more to it, then why do most royal reporters spend more time talking about Kate’s fashion or comparing them to the Sussex’s?

To answer item 1: Bot Sentinel published a report that showed a handful of accounts were responsible for most of the online abuse Meg received and these accounts were amplified by certain RR accounts. Sorry I don't have a link but it's floating around.
