A new report shows that turnover among nonfaculty higher education workers has nearly doubled since the 2020–21 school year. Turnover among higher education professionals keeps climbing, and a lack of remote work opportunities is one of the biggest reasons why.

What I've seen consistently about who prefers to WFH and who doesn't is that people who benefit from others, physically and emotionally, and abuse others prefer to work in an office. Everyone else doesn't. No one should be surprised about this.
