If I setup a daily routine and rigidly follow, it feels too boring or robotic after a few days. If I stop following a routine, productivity plummets. Is anyone in the same boat? How do you deal with this problem?

I don't follow a weekly routine. But I plan my week on Sundays and have a blank weekly planner of my goals, things that need to get done, due dates, and habits I need to track like writing and meditating. It has worked so far. I've been using something like this:

Woah. This has main focus for the week, goals and habits documented. This feels like a middle ground between a rigid routine and not planning anything at all. This is awesome! However, I don't think this will work for me. Nevertheless, I'll try and see. Thanks for your response, Dr Borja!
