It's possible to be an atheist without bashing those that hold religious beliefs.

But is it possible to hold religious beliefs without bashing atheists? Haven't seen much of that.

You can believe whatever you want but religion is now being forced down our throats via government policy. What's next the elf protection act passed by Mom's for Santa Clause(tm)? When your belief in an imaginary being affects the lives of millions then ridicule is warranted.

It’s very easy. Like going outside and not being afraid of dragons. The hard part is telling those shoving their religious beliefs on you consciously or unconsciously.
Did you know “under God” was not part of the original pledge of allegiance? Look up Thomas Jefferson Bible.

I don't bash their religious beliefs, but rather, I am skeptical with their hypocrisies...

It’s possible to be anything at all without bashing someone who believes differently. Unfortunately, there’s a bunch of toddlers roaming around in adult-suits that scream and get attention thereby.

I believe the reverse is more common.
What atheist has ever been elected to national office?

Not seeing the relevance.

And it seems you missed or purposefully ignored my point.
