Where are the health conscious people? I want to lose some weight but most importantly keep it off. What is the most reasonable non quacky way? Macros? Keto? Whatcha got? My doc wants me to lose 10% because of heart arrhythmias—research shows 10% and it should go away. #medspout #MedSpoutible thanks

Hey! I lost 30 pounds during the lock down, mostly through dietary changes and working out. Would be happy to talk about it if you're interested.

Thanks! I had both my knees replaced a little over 2 years ago so I’m just getting back to physical performance pre blowing out the knees. I used to work with a trainer. I need to get back to weights but have been hesitant since covid— haven’t had it yet/don’t want it!

Okay. Got it. What type of equipment do you have access to? A pool is easy on the knees.
For myself I had no physical limitations, but sciatica. You might be able to get a head start with your diet. I teack what I eat.

I want a pool but don’t have access to one. I live in a beautiful safe area. I am thinking seriously about going back to the gym or at least ordering some hand weights to use at home along with body weight exercises. Heck I was going to look for the old Jane Fonda routine! 😁
