Biden has nothing to do with court size.

The Constitution gives that power to congress (House and Senate)

WE HAVE NOWHERE NEAR 60 VOTES in the Senate
We DON"T control the House.

I am begging, begging ppl to understand Biden is NOT a king, He cannot "make it so"

Why is Biden afraid that expanding the Supreme Court will appear political when politics are obviously determining the decisions of this court? Saving the integrity of SCOTUS is what it is. Let's introduce it in Congress and see where it goes. Would he veto it?

When the Democrats win the house back and get 65 seats in the senate and Biden is re-elected Roe v Wade will be codified! The John Lewis Election law will be codified then the Supreme Court will be 13 Judges one judge for each circuit in America!

I don't think it is possible to get 65 votes in the Senate now or anytime soon. However, we don't need that many. With 50+1 Dems could eliminate the filibuster. With Dems controling the House and the filibuster gone an unstacked SCOTUS would be possible.
