John Kasich: "Where are the Democrats?"

Why do Republicans just assume Democrats will clean up the mess Republicans created themselves?

Why do Republicans demand Democrats to do what Republicans themselves wouldn't do?

Expecting Ds to back a R for speaker would be like Ds expecting Rs to back Jeffries.

If Rs want to enter into negotiations around some form of power sharing, that might create new possibilities.

Jeffries has said he’s open. Where are the Republicans who are willing to talk about the possibility?

But that's the problem...Republicans do not want to share powers, they do not want to negotiate...That is why the removed McCarthy from the Speakership.

The Democrats have put forth the same nominee every vote: Hakeem Jefferies.
The GOP can have a coalition speakership anytime they feel like voting for it.

I saw/heard that. Kasich is a wastrel. I think he doesn’t even realize what a hypocrite he is. Like Pence, he imitates the mannerisms and vocal inflections of someone who makes reasonable sense, while spewing garbage out of his mouth. Just my opinion.

Saw his interview. I love how Republicans always fault Democrats for their problems.
