Two meals a day should be the norm. Decades ago, three meals a day made sense when people were more active and meal portions were smaller. Now we're less active while meal portions are larger.

(OK, maybe this is sense, not nonsense.) 🙂

I tend to eat a meal for brunch, a snack mid-afternoon and then dinner. Funny enough, the more active I am, the less I tend to eat. You'd think this a dieting win, but you'd be assuming I'm very active 😄 Really, don't think there's a "should" other than what's right for your lifestyle and goals.
