Hunny you agreed to them, you gave your digital signature, if you read it or not holds no legal ground.

It's incredulous 2 me that when you're an Officer of a company that you don't review or discuss the info presented on the forms b4 you sign them. Anyone who has ever filed an income tax form knows that they, & if filing jointly, their spouse are both responsible for the info provided when they sign.
