Dinner: roasted veggies – Brussels sprouts, squash, potatoes, onions, garlic (all from the garden) seasoned with salt, pepper, & fermented hot pepper paste – & napa cabbage slaw with daikon, carrot, & leek, seasoned with lemon, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, & fermented hot sauce.

Even with cruciferous vegetables my stomach does not appreciate, my mouth is literally watering looking at that. I wish I had a 'drooling' emoji😂
