My 2nd pregnancy ended this way. There was NO TIME to get to a medical facility. I retrieved the mass of what had been in my uterus & took it to my doctor who examined it & declared it a complete miscarriage. I had no complications.
The people prosecuting & persecuting this woman are cruel & stupid.

Ohio woman being charged with "felony abuse of corpse" for having a 22-week miscarriage delivery into a toilet. Police, prosecutors are referring to the nonviable, naturally miscarried fetus as a "baby". A Warren county judge just ruled that the county's case against her can move forward to trial.

Thanks, Doctor Jeffrey. This miscarriage happened 46 years ago. These days it would be much easier to get help...or maybe not...for situations around pregnancy.

It's such bullshit. My miscarriage was so fast I didn't make it to the bathroom let alone a hospital.

They are using this to get closer to persinhood.

I hadn't thought about that, but I think you're right.

It’s awful awful awful. And a portent of what is to come (and worse) is Measure 1 does not pass on Tuesday in Ohio. I hope this story increases turnout.
