So yes, this is a civil trial. Trump separately faces four CRIMINAL trials (Manhattan, Florida, DC, Georgia) where he charged on 91 criminal felony counts, faces 712.5 years in prison - and Trump's own attorneys told Trump he will lose all 4 cases, and gets 561 years in prison. his own laywers said

If he gets elected (he won’t, I trust your predictions) he can’t pardon himself for a state conviction, I think.

The question I have is, he shouldn’t be anywhere near the presidency and yet his poll numbers in swing states tell a different story. Bad polls? Something else?

Happy to see you posting again, 1 or 2 days it was quiet here. Good to have some expertise again, I did en do trust he will go down but somebody with US legal system knowlegde for regularly providing reassurance is highly appreciated. Thx so much!
