It’s easy to maintain your weight if you know what you’re eating.

Lunch starts with a big bed of cucumbers which are pretty much zero calories. Yesterday added some goat cheese and chicken for protein.

One portion of Salad dressing is a shot glass. Good trick. I wrote a book on it. #weightlos

Make sure to add good fats in there, like avocado or even some olive oil ~
Was just reading that they're connecting the 'low fat diet' trend of the 80s-90s with an explosion of dementia in older folks now.
The brain loves healthy fats! 💖

This isn’t a low fat diet. It’s based on eating whole foods. Low GI foods. Measuring so you know what a portion looks like. And knowing your caloric intake. I wrote it. #TheCucumberDiet

You can also add sunflower seeds for crunch and more protein.

Looks yummy!
I do cucumber, tomato, onion, feta, oil & vinegar, Greek seasoning, & grilled chicken. So easy and so good!
