It’s easy to maintain your weight if you know what you’re eating.

Lunch starts with a big bed of cucumbers which are pretty much zero calories. Yesterday added some goat cheese and chicken for protein.

One portion of Salad dressing is a shot glass. Good trick. I wrote a book on it. #weightlos

Looks yummy!
I do cucumber, tomato, onion, feta, oil & vinegar, Greek seasoning, & grilled chicken. So easy and so good!
