When we feel stressed out our body can become flooded with adrenaline, cortisol & glycogen fueling us into fight/ flight. The best and fastest thing we can do to metabolize that stress juice is exercise. Not only does it burn up the bad stuff, we get happy hormones in exchange. A brisk walk does it

I’m an early riser. Blessed to do 30 minutes of moderate to high intensity exercise 5-6 days/week. It sets the tone for the rest of the day and helps me sleep better at night. Walking is great exercise. It gets you outside and exposed to natural light. Go with a friend or go alone. Just go.

This is excellent advice and I know this from personal experience. So why do I so rarely remember to do it? 😂

It’s universal that no one wants to hear that exercise is the answer (to so much of what ails us!). But it’s always good to be reminded and maybe focus on how much better we’ll feel afterward. Best wishes!
