Wow! Those look amazing. I've done regular fondant potatoes but not sweet potatoes. Can you share a recipe or general tips?

No worries at all. Some of the links won't post properly with the images so I have to do a work around and copy the image separately then add the URL. It's a bit of a pain but worth 😀
