DO NOT FRET AT ALL about this ruling

It was nearly inevitable. If there was to be a freak ruling where Trump is blocked from the ballot for 2024, almost certainly SCOTUS would suspend that ruling until they'd have time to decide (which would be in 2025)

Tomi I don't get how they decide in 2025 I mean I know judges work their own timeliness but seems to be a long time to decide given 2024 will be over?

If state law dictates how you onto a ballot, how electors are decided or not, and states AG’s are making the call per their laws, why would SCOTUS get into it? They kicked abortion back to the states to decide, I thought the Constitution left elections to the states?
