Repubs hold a huge majority 84-35. They
seek to "...cancel filings of a political party, to include its registration & approved status as a political party, if the party’s platform has previously advocated for, or been in support of, slavery or involuntary servitude.” They're now that party.

And they can do it. The Rs dissolved the Independent Party here in FL in 2017.

this old news makes the current news so much more disturbing. I admit, my first thought was to laugh it off, but as I shared with my wife, she brought me down to earth. Now I'm properly spooked.
