i made chicken bone broth for the second time and not only has it changed my life, it’s not that difficult. has anyone else made it at home?

Yes, I have! Another recipe: take leftover roast chicken or turkey carcass (w/ lots of bits of leftover meat), put in a pot of water, w/ salt, garlic, ginger & simmer 4 hours. Remove bones, add 2 cups rice, cook 20 min. Top w/ green onion. Yum! I think in Korean, it's called Juk. Can be frozen.
