My day after Thanksgiving tradition. Decorating for Christmas. It’s an outdoor tree, but I like the minimalism. I’ll also be lighting my Hanukkah candles when I get home from total knee replacement surgery on the 7th. All I want for Christmas is a new right knee.
Happy holidays!

Hope your surgery goes well! Keep up with the PT 😄 (I had my right hip replaced in late September.)

And the tree is really pretty 🙂

Trust me, I am the queen of PT. Why go through all of that if you’re not gonna do what you’re supposed to do?

Right? And yet some people don't, and then they complain that they didn't heal correctly.

I know! I just shake my head and think what an idiot! One of my visiting physical therapists after one of my hip replacements, told me about some woman who wouldn’t do her exercises and it took her six months to finally be up and around. That’s insane!

I can't imagine. I've learned, at the new place, just how not good the first place was. New place is having me do double exercises (both legs) to increase its strength
