The vast majority of us are caught between two extremes on Israel-Gaza: those who claim Israel has done nothing wrong and those who claim Hamas has done nothing wrong. They’re both foolish and hypocritical and hateful, and we should do all in our power to reject both.

Hamas terrorists committed atrocities & are holding innocent hostages that need to be released. Netanyahu's gvt is committing horrific destruction and killings of innocent Palestinians. Gazans have been held in horrific conditions. Settlers in the West Bank with IDF support are breaking intl law.

I think the vast majority think the same way as Ann Elise McLaughlin thinks. Those that think Hamas did nothing wrong are few and far between. Of course you can find some here and there, but nowhere near the vast majority of either or.

With all my heart, I hope you’re right. I do think that partisans of Israel are louder and better financed. When I talked about my experience living in Hebron/al-Khalil To ordinary people, almost none of them think Settlers and soldiers, attacking Galveston and civilians is a good idea.

My first response to this was "who are these people who say HAMAS did nothing wrong". What I see is people saying the Palestinians in Gaza did nothing wrong, which is quite different

You are correct, it is quite different.Sadly, many people are trying to equate the two. Wanting a ceasefire has nothing to do with being antisemitic, and one might argue, everything to do with being pro humanity.
