I’m going to offer a health tip - for Neuropathy. Most cases of peripheral neuropathy are not reversible. BUT with simple exercises like toe lifts, heel lifts (even seated) it can be minimized.
Exercise & blood flow to the feet slows the progression of the numbness and lack of feeling.

These are great exercises for a few reasons. Also my favorite one that fixed my paining feet: ankle circles. Done by timing not by reps. Pete Egoscue style.

👍 Being Boomers we’ve been doing foot exercises to music. Holding on to something and toe tapping and lifting in place. Gives some energy to it.
