Just a question? What is too old to work? I'm 70. I have applied for jobs. My resume gets me an interview and when I do zoom or in person things change for the worse quickly. My experience is no longer appreciated or interviewers feel older people have not changed or kept up with times. Thoughts?

Their loss. Diversity makes a business stronger and more flexible. Older workers have a lot to offer. So do young people. Age is a form of diversity.

This starts happening to women in their late 40's. Ageism is everywhere in the working world. I hope you find something.

My friend Nina wrote a viral HuffPost article about applying and being rejected for over 250 jobs. Whenever they rerun it, she gets tons of mail from people in the same spot.
