The reason universities testified so horribly recently is;

MONEY, from foreign countries’ elite to send their children to American universities and give huge donations.

In the 1950’s an influx started of foreign students bringing big dollars with them. This was the start of the “brain drain”.

This was so named because many students could not find jobs in their homelands and stayed in the USA. Their countries were not happy to lose their best minds. Many scientists, doctors, engineers etc etc became US citizens. American benefited greatly from these educated new citizens.

The idea was that this would help spread democratic principals. To get to know other students from all walks of life was deemed good. Most foreign students pay full tuition and their countries contribute big donations, a huge plus for building state of the art facilities, funding scholarships.

The students you see going along with the antisemitism demonstrations are mostly not American citizens but foreign students, thus having visa problems like stated at MIT. University towns also have large numbers of drop outs.

Some of these are the leaders, hardened fanatics who have infiltrated many of our university communities. These are privileged people much like the 9/11 Arabs. They have access to money, organizational skills and are trying to radicalize as many as possible with increasingly violent demonstrations

I have attended, visited many universities; huge places with 10,000s of students, graduate students, post docs, faculty, admin, facilities.

The goal is-remove “leaders” of antisemitism/hate groups. A lot of students just get swept away. They’re young and getting ‘some’ bad apple faculty.

The University Presidents, Boards have to bring crystal moral clarity to their institutions. It is surely going to cost them some faculty and money, but having gotten in so deep with huge Middle Eastern non-democratic donors is not sustainable for the core beliefs of our democracy.
